Data stored on your device

The app stores customer and service addresses, contact details, pool names, schedules, service prices, visit records, readings, treatments, work notes, issues, photos, voice transcript drafts, product costs, business profile information, repair opportunities, reports, and backups on your device.

You control this information through the app, device backups, exports, and deletion. Removing the app may remove its local data unless it is retained in an Apple device backup or an export you created.

Data leaving the app

PoolDocket does not send operational records to an Eutopix Labs server. Information leaves the app only when you choose a system action such as sharing a report, exporting a backup or CSV, selecting a photo, or contacting support.

Those actions are handled by the destination and by Apple’s operating-system services under their own terms.

Speech recognition

When supported for the selected language and device, the app requires on-device speech recognition. Otherwise, Apple’s speech service may process audio and transcript data under Apple’s privacy terms. Voice capture is optional; direct entry remains available.

Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and purchase history through StoreKit and the App Store. PoolDocket reads verified entitlement status so it can unlock Pro features. Eutopix Labs does not receive your payment-card details from the app.

Website and support

These static pages do not use advertising, analytics, cookies, or cross-site tracking. If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send and use them to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records.

Your choices

• Use direct entry instead of speech recognition.
• Decline camera, photo-library, microphone, or speech permissions.
• Export your operational data and photos as a backup.
• Archive pools in the app, or remove the app and its local data.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
