What the app does
PoolDocket helps operators schedule recurring service stops, record operator-entered facts and costs, store photo evidence, create reports, and review estimated job economics.
Professional judgment remains yours
The app does not recommend chemical doses, certify water safety, inspect a property, deliver a report to a customer, provide accounting or tax advice, or replace professional judgment. You are responsible for checking readings, work records, recipients, costs, and exported documents.
Local data and backups
The app is local-first. You are responsible for maintaining device backups and app exports appropriate to your business. Test a backup before relying on it, and keep exported files secure because they may contain customer and property information.
Subscriptions
PoolDocket Pro is offered through Apple as an auto-renewable subscription. The App Store displays the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial before purchase. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. If Pro ends, existing records, completed reports, backups, and exports remain accessible; adding pools beyond the free allowance and other Pro creation tools are unavailable until access returns.
