PoolDocket

Pool service records, from arrival to PDF report.

PoolDocket focuses on the work an independent operator repeats every day. It records facts you enter; it does not recommend chemical doses or certify water safety.

CAPTURE

Work without signal

Save readings, treatments, work, issues, voice drafts, and photos locally while you are at the property.

PROVE

Finish with evidence

Freeze a completed visit into a consistent record and generate a multipage PDF with selected photos.

UNDERSTAND

See job economics

Track service price, exact product costs, estimated gross margin, and repair opportunities without bookkeeping bloat.

The complete workflow is free for five active pools, including unlimited visits, history, photos, reports, CSV/JSON export, and backup/restore. Free PDFs include a small “Prepared with PoolDocket” credit. PoolDocket Pro adds unlimited pools, white-label reports, reusable work templates, schedule duplication, advanced insights, and bulk report export. Monthly and annual subscriptions are available in the app; local prices are shown before purchase. There is no free trial, and existing records and completed reports remain accessible if Pro ends.

A route log that works at the pool.

Can I log a visit offline?

Yes. Routes, service history, readings, treatments, costs, and photos stay on your device. Optional voice entry creates an editable draft for you to review and confirm.

How do customers get the report?

Create a PDF service report with selected photos and share it using the iOS share sheet. Customers do not need a PoolDocket account.

Which devices can I use?

PoolDocket runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. A Today widget, Siri Shortcut, and read-only Apple Watch companion help you check route progress. Records stay local; use backup/restore to move them to another device.
